Cindy is passionate about helping individuals acknowledge and accept the changes in their lives, empowering them with skills and knowledge to regain control and restore their sense of well-being. Cindy believes that although any form of change is a challenge to an individual, it is also an opportunity for growth.
SPECIALISED COUNSELLING
Cindy assists clients in the areas of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexuality, addictions, retirement transition, weight management, self-esteem and body image. Cindy has a number of years experience in women’s health and wellbeing issues and has a special interest in PNDA (Post Natal Depression and Anxiety). Cindy also facilitates a number of groups, including couples, children and teenagers, in the areas of self-esteem, self-compassion, weight management and The 5 Love Languages.
INTEGRATIVE HOLISTIC APPROACH
Cindy sees each individual as unique and uses an integrative holistic approach drawn from a number of different modalities including; ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), Expressive Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.
