Therapeutic lifestyle Changes was established in 2012 by Cindy Cranswick (B.Couns, M.Phil, MACA, MCOS) to provide professional counselling, supervision and education services.
In today’s uncertain world we are all faced with many lifestyle changes that challenge us and require us to adapt and cope whilst still maintaining a sense of well-being. Sometimes we can cope but often the unexpected changes in our lives affect our emotional, psychological and physical well-being; resulting in the need for us to seek support and guidance to restore our mind-body connection and balance.
Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes (TLC) specialises in helping and guiding people, through individual and group counselling, to accept and acknowledge the changes in their lives and empower them with skills and knowledge to adapt to their new lifestyle and restore their sense of well-being.
